Couture capes, embroidered by hand

A Mirayama couture cape is cut from silk velvet and embroidered by hand with sequins, beads, feathers and metal thread. The most detailed take up to 240 hours of hand embroidery, so each cape is made to order, or one of a few.

Choose a long cape, such as the floor-length, hooded Mystery Cape or the Royal Garden Cape in magenta silk velvet, for black tie, the opera, galas and winter weddings. Or choose a collar cape, like the Shining Collar Cape, for a lighter line. Wear an embroidered velvet cape over a column dress, with long sleeves or bare shoulders.
